  To the lock smith who came out an assisted me: 5/5 stars. He was very kind, patient, and understanding. As for the business however my review is 2/5 stars and here is why. Overall I find it extremely shady about their pricing. It obvious they are trying to hide the amount you will actually pay. From reading other reviews its typically 150-200 dollars. They only inform you of that cost after they lock you into paying 30 which is extremely shady. The service was good, however at one point the locksmith told me he may have to drill my door knob, which would cost me extra. I was already paying $200 expecting that I would get to keep my doorknob and key set. To charge me even more for that would be ridiculous. I know this is common in this industry but this does not make unethical practice okay. Overall I think they company would receive 5 stars if they were just upfront about their costs and I knew what to expect to pay. Instead however they rather snake their way into your wallet.

  I called Seattle Locksmith Security on a Saturday night after I got locked out of my car in Downtown Seattle. I was so surprised with how quickly they arrived on site. I wasn’t even asking about the price because it was late, cold and wet outside, and I must say, it was worth every penny. Price was very reasonable for the late hour on a Saturday night, the service was great, quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

  I lost my car key a few days ago just an hour before I had to pick up my kids from school. I called one Locksmith that said they can get to me in 10 minutes, and after waiting for 20, I realized that’s not going to happen. I started calling again and found Seattle locksmith security. I was lucky enough that they had a locksmith technician just 5 minutes away from me finishing up another job. He got to my car and cut me a new key in less than 15 minutes. I was able to make it on time for pick up thanks to their quick response. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!
