I don’t know why I didn’t go there in the first place. After two fails attempts  of having keys made that would work. First attempt Walmart I should of known better. Front door and mailbox why is this so difficult. Keys made a NO,GO . The second attempt Lowes at least they got the mailbox key right front door key another NO,GO.
So W.T.F. was I thinking Burdick’s security the young woman behind the counter had me out of there in minutes and each key made worked perfect. And I didn’t have to look for a employee who knew how to handle the key making machine.

I just needed a new deadbolt to match an existing key, and they were very quick to supply it. They clearly know what they are doing.

Solid, reliable and knowledgeable.  Tim has saved us after hours at least 3 times.  He is 110% Customer focused.  I love supporting a local business.  Really impressed with Burdick's. They have been around a while so know the older systems. Great service and a great value.    Pay for a year, and get one month free.  How cool is that?

Burdick security is the best security company in the Seattle area! They are a family owned local business and they have great service. Their system is locally monitored and we just had a small problem on a Saturday, when we called the owner himself answered and helped us solve our problem! So so much better than ADT and any service we’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Burdick's is the best. I have been their customer for over 20 years. I get keys and locks done there, and I use their home alarm system.

They seem like good folks who just don't have it together.

Put in an order for an electronic lock install and tumbler change out for a new property and was told the part would be ordered and that they would schedule for early the following week, after the part arrived. Next week arrived and no call from them so I gave Jason a call back.   At first he acted like he remembered the order but proceeded to see it would be next week at the earliest for someone to come out.  I reminded him that he told me otherwise when I put in the order.   He then put me on hold while he went to look up my order.   During which he asked me to call back as the connection was poor.

I called back and he found the order and admitted he said they'd make it out early next week so he was going to see what he could do when he talked to Glen.  So he put me back on hold to transfer me.  After about 2 minutes or so the call dropped.  Soooo I called back and Jason picked up, immediately telling me he was transferring me to Glen, he knew who was calling back.

So I'm now talking to Glen who says they are scheduling out to next week...  I tell him, that isn't what Jason just told me.   No response, so I just tell him I can go somewhere else, to which he replies "Go right ahead".

So ya that's my experience....   In all honesty my previous calls with Jason where great, knew the inventory and help me figure out what I wanted.  Just a shame about setting expectations that aren't kept.  Maybe just a bad day, or maybe I'm being an ass and don't realize it...

Really all I wanted was the job done when they said it'd be done.

Two stars for being helpful in helping me find what I want to have installed.

I had to get some door locks re keyed quickly and they were able to do it.. lock was old school several hundred dollars to replace because of the offset on door. The lock mechanism was broken and they repaired that to. They re keyed it I think it was less than 20 bucks.

Glen is the one who helped me piece sevral broke keys back into one good duplicate. Now, I don't have to rent a truck. Save a buck or two

Fast and friendy service. Keys worked like a charm. I will definitely use them in the future!

First rate for keys, locks, and security.
