  Update: After posting this review, the customer service team reached out and quickly processed my refund. The key unfortunately still does not work, but at least the customer service team was able to work with me to get the refund issued. Original: Paid to copy a key for my house for $6 and the copied key does not work. The copied key does not match my original copy, and the cut is very jagged and rough. I reached out to customer service to get a refund or help regarding next steps, but have not heard a response. Would not recommend using Minute key as even their quality is poor and customer service is unresponsive.
