  I highly recommend Rick! He is a really nice guy to work with. The first time I called him was to re-key the locks on my home. He was working with another customer and told me he'd arrive within the hour! I was so thankful he came so quickly. He got the job done fast and was very fair with the price. I called him a week later to ask him to install a key lock and deadbolt on another door. He brought the fixtures, did the installation and again, charged a fair price for great quality work. Thank you so much Rick for the extra peace of mind! I will definitely recommend you to anyone who could use your services. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

  We had an unusual door lock that had all identifying marks removed and needed repair. Rick needed a couple of trips, and some detective work and we were in business. He happened to have the needed part for this unusual lock in his parts bin! I highly recommend him. Rick, thank you for being a true professional and craftsman... and the parts bin that goes with that!

  I called Rick, left a message, and he responded within a few minutes. I explained the problem we had with the lock on our wrought iron front door. He replaced the lock mechanism and knobs a few days later after making adjustments to the face plate in his workshop. He was courteous, prompt, and thorough. Unlike other service folks, he responded quickly, was knowledgeable, and contacted me with his time of arrival. He was very professional, and he did an excellent job.
