  We highly recommend Jim’s Lock and Key!!! This is a family owned business that does quality work. We have had locks installed and rekeyed at our business and home. They are also the ones to call when you accidentally lock your keys inside your car. It’s pretty embarrassing to admit but we have had to call Jim’s Lock and Key to the rescue. Thank you for being there to serve our area.

  ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! He met me on a Saturday while closed at his home. He opened my deceased mother's fireproof safe containing her will among other very important documents in literally 2 seconds and simply shook my hand and said good luck.

  100% incredible service from Jim's Lock & Key in Pigeon Forge! Jim saved the day when I got locked out of my rental vehicle and was on-site within 20 minutes of my call. He could tell I was in a jam, and went above and beyond to help me out, even offering to help onload equipment after he got the vehicle unlocked. He should be first call for any lock related services you need!
