I've used Minute Key several times before. It's quick and easy, although not exactly cheap. I can get the same keys from a couple of different local hardware stores for about half the price (and do when those places are open). Also, I have to go elsewhere for any key that's unusual in some way. But overall, it's a good place to quickly get an accurate copy.

I don't know how you can claim to be a locksmith service. You have no locksmiths on staff. All you are is a key duplication kiosk. False advertising.
