Amazing service at an affordable price! I ran out of gas in my own driveway tonight and these guys had gas out here to me in 30 minutes! I’m new to the area and hours from family so their kindness and availability was such a blessing to me tonight! I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for any future needs!

Had a tire blowout while driving near Leland NC. I called reliable roadside services after a google search of nearby repair places. The person that answered the phone was friendly, he text me so that I could respond with my exact location. He said he could get someone out right away. As a female that has never had to sit roadside broken down I was slightly nervous. Brent was the hero of the day, he was quick to get there, super polite and professional, and had the tire changed in no time. THANK YOU!

Radiator blew out on us while on vacation at the beach in NC.  Mom, Dad, Grandma and baby stuck on a Holiday weekend and every other car repair business closed.

I cannot say enough about this business, its owner and employees - they were, in every possible way, absolutely perfect.  They went out of their way to get us all fixed up - not something you see very often these days.  And the price?  I was literally stunned at how reasonable it was - by all measures the cost was considerably less than I would have paid if I had simply taken the car into my normal shop -- yet they tracked down the radiator for us 50 miles away, drove to pick it up for us, and literally replaced the radiator in a parking lot in the sweltering summer heat - they were kind, generous and professional throughout.  I honestly cannot praise them enough!  Best "stranded" experience I have ever had.

I left Florida early in the morning, hopeful that I would reach North Carolina before the New Years drivers got to the road. I was gravely disappointed.
After what seemed like an eternity of driving at nearly the speed of smell I was finally able to drive the speed limit, finally I would get home. Suddenly, my tire light came on and indicated that I was loosing tire pressure at alarming speeds. I cursed the heavens as I pulled over. "At least I can change a tire" I thought foolishly.
After an hour of stripping the lugnut I was at my wit's end and on the verge of sleeping on the side of the road (all mechanics were closed). I was tired, 5 hours behind schedule, had a vehicle full of dogs and the sun was already below the treeline.
From behind me I heard an emaculent chorus. It was my Fiance' speaking to me "Reliable Roadside Service is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week". With a new hope filling my heart I called the number and talked to who I can only describe as a very well endowed, polite gentlemen who explained that they were roughly 45 minutes from my location. Finally a silver lining.
20 minutes later Brent, the savior, the name of my next child, the herculean man swooped upon me like superman and ugga dugga'd that lugnut off. He went further beyond by ensuring that the spare I had was properly aired. I saw a air compressor, but I'm certain he was just blowing it up with his breath to 60psi.
Never have I needed help this desperately, but I will always recommend this business. 10/10 5 stars gents!
