I had 2 keys to duplicate. I was able to do 1 on the self service automated machine, but the 2nd required assistance on the manual machine. Both keys worked as expected.

I recently had four keys made using Minute Key. I returned home, tried each in my locks, and they worked easier than the original key. I am very pleased. Love this service! I was going to a vacation spot and forgot my key to the storage unit. I was texted a code by the owner who was hundreds of miles away. All I had to do was go to a local Lowe's, enter the code, and the key was in my hands in a couple of minutes.
