  Usually when I make a review, I like the idea of expose the good side of the experience and the bad side as an opportunity to improve. Unfortunately for me the experience was really bad. I called this number because I was locked out of my apartment at 8.30 pm. I had a first contact with the operator and he told me the technician was I his way. Later I receive a message indicating the technician was trying to call me but my phone never rang. After several calls and after have spoken with 4 different peoples my technician called me and I asked the price of the service and he told me we couldn't provide that (red flag), then I asked for a price range and like before he said I could say until he see the lock (red flag). I have used locksmith services in the past and I was expecting a gentlemen with his toolbox to work, but for my surprise there was not a tool box, just a small pouch (red flag). Then the diagnose was we have to break the lock (red flag) but don't worry, he can provide a new one (last and final red flag) . Of course I declined to do that, decide to stay that night in an hotel and wait the following morning and ask the building adiminstation to open my apartment and over all I had to pay 30 USD for his time. You can be sure that I won't ever call this locksmith service again and if with this review I can persuade you to avoid them, the my mission was fulfilled.
