  It was quick, easy and not too expensive. The only negative thing I have to say is it asked me a couple questions and one was do you want another key for 1.49? I turned around to ask my MIL and she said oh yes please when I went to hit the yes button the question disappeared. So no extra key that would have been nice she’s elderly and that would have given me a key to the house.

  Waited hours for locksmith to come. Had lost keys perhaps someone stole them whatever the case I needed a replacement fob(spare key) so I could drive my vehicle. Similar situation daughter lost keys and a locksmith came less than 30 mins reprogrammed a fob to my bmw 328i less than 10 mins boom no issues.(in Katy TX) This has turned into a 5 day situation where I was charged 350 bucks for a locksmith to shut down my car and having 3 keys including my own( because I recovered my keys/fob) that do not work and are not programmed to my car! Company is playing the blame game and trying to say contractor did not come from them but contractor called from private numbers to my phone but they were the only one who was able to get him back to the vehicle location to correct his mistake hmmm which as it stands has not been resolved! I am still not able to crank up my car lock my doors or operate my vehicle because my fob or his other two are not programmed to my vehicle??? Home is 3 hours away and I am without shelter and car alarm is not even working so no car security either...just without a perfectly good source of transportation because of a "so called contractor"(thief/hacker) dispatched through this company was allowed to disable my car (God only knows what reason for) where I can not operate it or get back home!!!???

  It was less than 30 minutes from the time the technician called to get my location until he left and he charged $125.00 plus service call totaling $150.00. When I asked the dispatch for a cost he said starting at $60 to $65. That’s the fastest $150.00 I’ve ever spent. Need to have extra key or fob made but will definitely go somewhere else.
