  I do not recommend the service here -- the technician was late, sloppy, unprofessional, and the services provided were shoddy at best. The locks installed were loose and insecure. When I called management to inform them of the problem, they were unresponsive and would not send another technician to fix the work.

  Sir, I'm sorry you decided you were not satisfied with the work that was performed after reviewing and signing off on the work while the tech was on site with you. I'm also sorry you feel as if management was not responsive. Reviewing all notes and calls associated with your work order, You called the office 3 times in the same night after normal office hours, talked to more than one dispatcher, each dispatcher listened to your concerns, took detailed notes about the situation and sent messages out to the tech, and the tech supervisor in the field. The supervisor out in the field did respond that same night, and that response was shared with you. You called two more times the next morning, as soon as the office manager was available your call was transferred to her desk and she spoke with you, did her best to address your concern and again relayed the information from the field supervisor.

  Wow!!! We were so reluctant to have come to our home and made Mercedes Benz spare key because all other places were telling us that only dealership can make the key. But Red Ricks did it in better price and lot more convenient. Thank you Red Rocks.
