  First time using your kiosk at the Walmart on Albrae. I'm giving you 3 stars mainly for your location, convenience & pricing I purchased 2keys & got one free total $6.00 which was great however; when I went home to test the keys on my door lock, NONE of the keys worked. I was pretty disappointed and now I'm stuck with 3keys I cannot use nor do I know if there are any standard procedures for returns that you have for this type of error. Hoping to have better luck next time.

  I've made 2 copies of 2 keys (total 4 copies) at Walmart 40580 Albrae St Fremont store, both DON'T WORK on the door locks. Would like to request for refund.

  Made 3 sets of duplication and none of them matched to the original keys. I am contacting them for a full refund. This so ridiculous. Avoid this machine at all cost until they fixed the machine.
