Not our finest moment, but got locked out of our apartment late at night during the holiday weekend. Luckily my wife and I had our phones with us and called RON locksmith as they had good reviews online. Eran came within a half hour and quickly got us back inside. Really appreciate the timely help given the tough spot we were in. Would 100% recommend to others and will reach out to again if needed.

I left my keys in my apartment on Christmas Eve and Eran was at my place in under 45 minutes! Dispatcher was also super kind. Eran got the door open in what seemed like a minute and no damage at all. Price was cheaper than what my apartment would do and much quicker! Thanks so much to Eran and R.O.N, would recommend to anyone.

We got locked out of our condo during quarantine, and also with all of the unrest going on in the city.  Ehran came out extremely quickly and got us in right away.  Price was more than fair, especially given the timely response. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed how fast and efficient this company is. They were super responsive, friendly and efficient. I had been having bad luck with my car since Christmas Eve and my bad luck struck again on New Year's Eve when I locked my car keys and cell phone in my running car for almost 2 hours. I really thought I was going to delay my co-workers from leaving work after their shift since I was blocking them in. Thankfully the locksmith came through for me super quick and opened my car within a few minutes. I have nothing but good things to say abput them. I highly recommend their services.

This was the first time I ever used the locksmith services but it was a good experience overall.
I wouldn't trust their online messaging service as I never heard back. But I was able to schedule a service 2 hours in advance when I called (pretty cool)! The guy on the phone was nice and helpful but was trying to get rid of me fast. :)

Eran arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. He was able to install a chain lock, make two key replacements and replace a peephole - all within one hour! He also advised best solutions for me without trying to sell something I don't need. All looks and works great.

Eran came late one evening after a bedroom door locked closed with my dogs inside.  He came quickly and got the door open. He was timely, professional, nice, and was respectful of my home and did not make a mess.

I need a new key and it would cost me around 350 to $400. I called Ron locksmith and left a message. They returned my call in about 30 minutes. We set up a time on Saturday for them to come over and look at my van. He was at my house on time. I explained in detail the problem that I needed the key to be programmed to the van. He fixed the problem in no more than 20 minutes. I now have two working keys for my van. Well under the cost of a new key. Thanks Earn.

R.O.N. Locksmith was amazing. We need an emergency re-key of our home's locks. They made us a priority and arrived within 10 mins of our request. We were carjacked at gunpoint in our garage that connects to an alley in Lincoln park. Very scary but so nice that they showed up so soon.
