After putting me on hold for 20 minutes they didn’t have anyone open at the time I called.

I get many keys made her each year for my business and not 1 had to be redone.  I had the locks changed at my house.  They came quickly, did a fabulous job and reduced the number of keys I needed to use!

Great service! I have been a long time customer, they always have the key I need and I need very random keys. Vintage motorcycle stuff I didn't know still existed, they've got it, just a few minutes and they will have it cut and you'll be on your way. The last time I went in, I only brought a lock cylinder from an old Honda scooter, they cut me a key.
Again, great service, especially for odd-ball stuff.

Been going here for years. Just got a bunch of keys duplicated for the apartment and the RV. They always have the keys I need and are super friendly.

Went in to ask about getting our locks changed and none of the staff were wearing masks, we thought that since there weren’t customers in there before us, that they’d put them on quick since we walked in, nope! They weren’t going to put them on! We left immediately, what a disappointment.

The technician was wonderful and came so quick!  He made sure to show us that our keys are working perfectly before leaving and he answered all of our questions.

Knowledgeable efficient and comprehensive services.  Superior quality key duplicates

They definitely had everything I needed covered. Surprised they didn't do car keys, but they know their stuff. Hands down one of the better outfits in the city
