  Wow! I am amazed at how they took care of my lock needs. Extremely professional, courteous, timely, and swift. They greeted me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. They also made sure I understood the service provided, as well as being patient as I asked questions. I definitely recommend Protect Locksmith! You won't be disappointed.

  The female rep (I didn’t get her name) that answered when I called was polite and very quick in getting my issue dispatched to a tech. The tech Dagan contacted me about 5 minutes later advising he was in his way. When he arrived I told him the issue, he advised what he could go giving me the option to decide and eventually changed the whole door lock and provided new keys. He even showed me how damage the inside of the lock was. I was given great service and I will ALWAYS use this company if I every need service in the future. Thank you again!!!! -Kimberly
