  The price for one little key was too much at kiosk. I had just got a key made at home Depot for 3.00 and change night before. The next day I needed one more key so I stopped at Kroger's and I was shocked and in hurry so I had to get key there!! Almost 9.00 is ridiculous....I won't never use again it wasn't no special design or nothing!!! If you like price gouging...... just say that!!!!🤷🏾‍♀️🙄

  Couldn’t program remote to my 2010 Sequoia platinum. Charged a service fee. Look elsewhere if you need this service. Apparently the guy that came said he had this issue with a couple other customers as well where it wouldn’t program the remotes.

  They were fast and prompt. But I will not use them again. $150 charge to simply unlock my car. I feel like I was taken advantage of. A friend of mine was charged $60 for the same service, different company.
