  They were unable to assist with my lock out last weekend because it was after hours and their techs were busy at a commercial call. However the reason I am rating them 5 stars is because the kind woman I spoke to referred another reputable locksmith in the area so I wasn't taken advantage of! Not many businesses out there today care about you unless you are making them money. McTyre is good people. Will be sure to refer them to anyone I know and should I ever lock myself out again they will be the first people I call!

  I live out of state and called to inquire about work done for a family member. Customer service was top notch, receptionist was patient and an absolute pleasure to speak with she also voiced genuine concern for the reason I called. They gave me peace of mind knowing a loved one is safe and even denied a payment I would have gladly made. Professionalism to the highest degree and more important still...good people. Would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. A very sincere thank you 👍
