While on vacation, pet sitter was unable to unlock the door due to some malfunction. We won’t be home for two more nights so we needed someone to unlock the door for her. Was recommended to use this service as I’m a AAA member and they offer a discount. The girl that answered the phone asked a bunch of unnecessary questions after I’d already explained the situation about if we needed a key made and if we wanted a new lock. I reiterated that we just need an emergency lockout assist and we would fix the lock ourselves once home. She put me on hold then came back and informed me they couldn’t help me due to it being a “security risk” and that the person wanting in would need a notorized letter proving they were allowed in. I questioned her on this and she insisted this was true. I then asked her what if I was the one standing there would I still need a notorized letter because my address on my ID doesn’t match. She informed me yes. Pretty idiotic to think someone would pay to break into a condo to feed my cats. Will never use or recommend. Unlock Indy was more polite, knowledgeable, and helpful by a long stretch!

Me and my wife just bought our house and have been tirelessly working to put it together. As exhausted as we were we decided to step out (at2:30 a.m.) and walk our dog somehow our door locked behind us. We were as cold as could be (24 degrees) but they got to us as fast as possible while other places wanted to schedule an appointment for 2 days out. Thank you so much to pop a lock.
