  I called him to get my car door unlocked. He told me it would be about 5-10 minutes to get here. Super fast response time was very pleased by that. Very personable and knows how to communicate with his customers will call him again if I ever lock my keys in the car again!

  Responsive and communicative! I needed several locks changed on a rental home that was not left in an ideal condition. Matt didn't mind the mess, was able to come even earlier than expected, and he went over and above to help with a door that was not able to open and close. He even gave me suggestions for local contractors. Highly recommend!
