  Got locked out of my house and they were there within an hour to help me get back in. Justin was the technician for us and he was super kind and fast. Very reasonable prices. They are able to process card payments which is great because if you locked yourself out of your house or car you may not have cash on you. They’re in White House and service a wide area.

  I locked my boyfriend’s keys in his SUV in the Glenbrook shopping center. Empire sent someone down within 40 minutes to unlock the SUV. Thank you Justin for driving all the way out from White House!! They were so timely and helpful. Fortunately, this oospie didn’t affect our shopping trip at all. LOVE Empire Lock and Safe. Support this great local business.
