  If there was an instance where you could put less than one star; This instance would be prime example. The utter disrespect from the employees in which turn a blind eye to my needs as a customer is rather the opposite of what I personally look forward to walking into an Ace hardware store. Just 5 miles down the road from the "Oakland Ace" location is a location in which would take your breath away, carrying 10 times more product, as well as knowledgeable friendly staff, and a warm welcome each and every-time you walk in. I have been very disappointed in this location and will be taking my service else where... sad part is the owners will never change a thing...
