  I’m amazed the tech came to change my flat tire and was here within 10 mins after i placed the call. He was fast. Very polite and got me on my way! I thought Pop-A-Lock was sent by mistake because i didn’t have a lock issue. Excellent service and thank you for handling more than locks!

  Omar was professional and well skilled. His customer Service skills are exceptional! He listens to clients and their concerns. He was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. In fact this is the second time he has provided service because we were so pleased with his service last year that we used Pop-A-Lock again last week and was pleasantly surprised that the technician turned out to be Omar.   BEST SERVICE!!!! Technician Jae was just amazing, came to jump start my car and he just went above and beyond. It was even freezing told me to go inside and called me when he was done. If you get Jae just know you are in GREAT hands
