  So i posted a positive review because the service was so fast and convenient. Than saw the other reviews and realized I had not tried any of my keys yet. Well none of the 3 work. When I hold them to the original I can see how some cuts are slightly deeper on the copies. Looks like the machine needs some calibration.

  Just got my 2nd set of house keys made at the kiosk and they worked perfectly. A few months ago, I had several keys made and one didn't work. I followed up with customer service and was refunded the purchase. The keys are a good value.

  Normally keys work well from the Minute Key Machines. This time I go to two different kiosks, both out of service. I wait a week and go back and the key is very very difficult to close the lock and does not open the lock at all. Not happy this time.
