  Came in during my lunch hour to inquire about getting keys made for a truck shell that came with a truck I purchased. Nolan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to remove one of the T-handles and bring it into the shop to figure out which key code would work. The whole process was painless, thanks Nolan!

  Do not go to their store. Call them for service. They are never at their store front, even though they have posted hours of operation. There is always a cardboard clock on the door saying they will be back at 4:30. They never come back. I've tried to visit the store a few times, all a few days apart. Each time was the same "be back at 4:30" on the door. I was there once at 4:20, so I decided to wait. 4:50 rolls around, nobody. Another time I tried at 1:30. Still had a "be back at 4:30" displayed. Why bother putting 4:30 when you supposedly close at 5:00 any way?

  Should've read the reviews. They are never at their storefront. I just want a flippin' key. I've literally tried eight different places, and I have the blank. Why are locksmiths so incompetent?
