  Had a random security issue with my car and couldn’t get in. Used AAA who sent out Norm for northwest towing. Can honestly say despite the rain and the car issue it was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a tow driver. He knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to help me. I truly believe this man needs a raise. Thanks Norm.

  Left my keys in my car. Made BIG mistake of calling the first business listed. Way too high ($178). Northwest towing was only $55, I knew they were in Anderson. The service was prompt, the driver took about 90 seconds to unlock my car. Paid in cash. Took longer to write up the receipt than to unlock the car.

  Car was towed here, when I went to pick up my stuff the owner and staff could not have been nicer. Made everything very easy. Very pleased with the service.
