A little bit confusing. The customer service gal pushed the wrong button and canceled my order. No key a no refund.. called their number listed on the Machine and they gave me a code to get my key. Satisfied

Minute key is a vending machine that you can have house keys , and a variety of other keys made. It will not take automobile keys. You insert the key that you want copies, it will verify and it will prompt you on what to do next. I had 4 keys made, and they all work.
