Without fail, Mr. Lock has been dependable in steering me in the right direction as well as providing the proper part for the job. Brought them an antique skeleton lock for my mother's hope chest, they did a great job rebuilding it!  Friendly, and the price was great too!

I thought this place was really great they did what I asked and I thought the price was more than fair.and if a broke person says more than fair these people are honestly trying to help more than just themselves

They were quick, friendly and cheaper than I expected. They were all eager to jump in and resolve my issue.

I don’t recommend because I ordered a remote key to my car, they told me with 3 to 5 days we will call you but I haven’t received any call from them I called them twice they said,” Oh yeah, UPS will bring your key tomorrow morning And we will call you when the key is ready,”.
It’s been almost 3 weeks I place and order for key but I haven’t received it and I don’t need it anymore I don’t thank them at all,

Great quick service. Went in to get a blank keyed. Other locksmiths wouldn’t do it since it was a key made of mixed metals. Mr Lock Locksmith took the challenge and did it at a low price. Definitely recommend this place over any other locksmith.

I emailed the Mr Lock team.  We set an appointment for the next day.  They were able to rekey my Schlage core is less than 10 min!   I was overly impressed with their work and attention to customer service was immaculate!

Thank you to Boomer and Kevin they have been great to deal with to the 33 years I work with HEB I've been in the maintenance end of it for about half that anytime I come in with anything and ask questions they were always there and willing to help you have excellent employees working there so thank you

Highly recommend! Very clean, nice, and very helpful! Went to get a key copied for my SUV since the old one broke. The key was copied and cut then he checked to make sure key worked for my SUV. Very happy customer will definitely recommend to others.
