Danny is very professional and courteous, scheduled an appointment for him to come to my home at 3:30 to open my safe. He arrived at 3:28 which was really surprising since most techs will arrive late or arrive within an hour window. Which was very impressive in itself. It took about 20-30 minutes to unlock and I was beyond happy to be done with it. I will absolutely recommend Danny and his team to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable locksmith service.

Michael was very professional and explained in detail the changing of the lock. He was efficient and was at my place at the estimated time he mentioned. Worked quick and did a fantastic job. Happy customer here.

I called the service over the weekend, Michael the locksmith came back to me, he arrived quickly and without delay, the door was not locked for us and could not leave it like that.

I would not do business with this locksmith again.
- we were waiting for over an hour when they said they said they would be there in 30 minutes
- they quoted us pricing when we initially called and then tried to charge us over 3x more when they showed up

Giving them 2 stars only because they were able to get the door open, undamaged, in under 60 seconds.

They were able to get a broken key out of a lock on my truck bed cover. Cost was real inexpensive and for that it was a plus. Ended up purchasing a key chain also. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The service was fast, friendly, and at a great price.  I called several places first and they all were extremely too high. The tech communicated with me the whole time about what was going on with my car, and how he was going to fix the key. He got me a new key and explained what kind of a key was going to be. They cut my initial key (I bought the wrong key - my mistake).  I bought another and tried to schedule an appointment.  They never called back to schedule and confirm the appointment.  We NEGOTIATED a price to do the re-cutting.  I attempted to schedule another appointment and they told me the best they could do price wise was $20 more than the original price.  That's not good business.

I lost my key fob for a push button start Nissan Altima the dealer wanted $350 to replace and I had to tow the vehicle up there.  John came out to where my car was within an hour of my phone call and got me up and running again and for much cheaper than the dealership.  Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does I will call John.  Great service and price!

Wonderful experience. Jay came out to change 5 locks with same day service. Even though a few of my locks were being stubborn and he had to take them back to the shop to reset them, he still was able to get the job completed in a fair amount of time without up-ing the price of the original quote.

Never again will I get service from this place. Had an issue with my lock on the driver's side of my car and the door wouldn't unlock. So they came and tried to get it open to no avail due to my lock/unlock buttons on the inside not working, so they climbed through the back of my trunk and pushed the seats in the back forward just to get in and unlock the door, ended up charging me full price $138.56 which the guy ended up making me pay first before he actually tried getting the door unlocked.

As you described you had an issue with your lock buttons and after trying different options we did unlock your trunk and get the keys out of the car. Before we start any job we give the customer the price for approval. Your scenario was a little bit more complicated than the usual car lockout, since your buttons weren't working. With all of that said, if you still feel that you are not 100% satisfied with our service you are more than welcome to call us and we will make sure to make it right. Thank you for feedback.

Buyers beware.  Called and was quoted $285 for a replacement key for my 2014 Prius.  Called back two days later to go ahead and get it replaced, did not tell them we had spoken previously.  Got a technician call back that they were on the way.  A different dispatcher calls about an hour later to confirm and tell me the pricing.  Proceeds to quote $500 for the replacement.  As soon as I said well I was quoted $285 two days ago, she said, that was wrong and they wouldn't honor it, they don't like to quote over the phone due to horrible errors like these, even though she was calling me and quoting me 2x more over the phone....Sounds like they have some dispatchers and techs who are ripping people off.  Was quoted $275 by two other locksmiths, and went there.

Dear Ah H.  You called for price for KEY cut and programed our dispatch provided you straight forward price for KEY.  However when our tech called you mentioned that your car have PUSH TO START and requires SMART KEY FOB.   We buy OEM smart keys straight from the dealer. The tech then gave you the correct price for THE SMART KEY emergency key cut and total service call plus programming  over the phone. We didn't waste your time and didn't charge you a dime. So what is the purpose of this review?

The back door was severely damaged while updating locks. It’s asliding door, and apparently these are more difficult, he worked on it for hours and continued to struggle. Without my permission he took a saw to the back to to “carve” out an area that would allow you to turn the key.

Two problems with this; this is my brand new home and he did not ask permission. AND he did a complete hack job. Now the weather stripping is peeling back.

I spent 200.00 dollars to rekey three doors. I will pay more than that to fix the door.

This was after having an appointment at 12, being told I would receive a call at 11 to confirm he was coming. When I didn’t receive a call at 12, I had to call. We then had to reschedule until 2.

Not happy.

I had an issue   Stuck key in the ignition i called them talked to one of the associates David 5 minutes over the phone  and the key was out .  They have all the knowledge you need . If you ever get in situation like that give them a call ..

After 2 hours of basically destroying my lock off my storage then decided to tell me reschedule and he will come back with cutters to cut it off.. Then later call me back to say he was in trouble because he didn’t charge me the service charge of 29.99 and needed payment over the phone. So I paid you 30.00 to destroy my lock and I had to call another locksmith company and pay them to cut it off... smh need more professions workers who know what they are doing 😡😡😡
