  Works well but some of the instructions and buttons are confusing. I had to ask for help a couple of times. The system says to start pushing buttons but does not tell you to press + for more keys. It's in a crazy area and does not make it clear that is what you have to push. The finished keys are fine. I also do not need to be offered other items besides the keys.

  Used the MinuteKey machine at my local Lowes. The brass key was cut VERY quickly and worked perfectly! I had some issues with the "designer" keys, but MinuteKey responded to my emails quickly and rectified the situation REALLY fast!

  I have used Minutekey many times. The last keys i made did not work and was able to get full refund via link in emailed receipt. They made it easy. Will use them in future with no worries.
