  They help as much as they could i gusse it is what it is the person who i talk to seamed to do what she could for me but that's the 2nd time I have had the same results calling them sorry we can't help you why be a lock Smith if you can't help people with the lock problems they have lol but maybe some one eals may get better results then I had
