It is fast and the steps are easily understandable. The keys are working good no issue. I gave 4 stars only because when you’re paying with cash you have to put the exact amount . I put my money then cannot get a refund in cash. If there is solution for that it would be great

Only needed 1 key and it worked great, plus I received an email reminding me of it and the price paid - that way I didn't have to wonder what it is on my credit card. I've gotten keys before and have never had a problem with any of them. Commendable.

I asked for a sales receipt to be sent to my email address but did not receive one. (They obviously got my email address correctly because I received this request to evaluate the business). Otherwise, the service was good. All of the copies of my key fit the lock and work perfectly.
