  The Service was great, but I rate you 3 star because the availability of the Service, you should have instant key, I am not sure why should I wait for my keys in the mail.

  the machine didn't want to cooperate fully so it took over 30 minutes to get the key actually set up.

  I had my doubts but i can say now that I'm really impressed. Only took 3 days to get back my specialty keys and every one of them worked perfectly in my lock. I had to mess with one for a second because it had a couple pieces of metal pieces that just needed knocked off but no big deal.. I liked the fact you could choose from many different styles and designs. I'll definitely use this company again and recommend them to others!! Thanks
