  I locked myself out of my house, and my neighbor let me use their phone. I called a person I had used before, but he wasn't available at the time. That locksmith recommended Bill at Otto's Lock and Safe. Do you know?..., Bill called us back within 5 minutes! He said he'd be over right away, and he was at my door within 15 minutes!! Got right in, asked for my ID, and gave me a very reasonable price for the service. He took both check or credit card. I got the receipt via text while he was standing there. Not only that, he was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him, and have his information saved in case someone I know ever needs his help. (Hopefully, it won't be me again!!)

  Bill was extremely skillful and friendly. He explained to me what the issue was, did the repair to existing locks and only charged for the service call, which was very reasonable. I gave Bill more than what he asked for, and he was extremely grateful. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.

  I called to have a new lock set installed on our storm door. Otto was prompt, courteous, and was able to problem solve the issue with the original lock set--he fixed it! Now I can return the purchased lock set--a good thing because that item was not the correct lock set for that door. His rate was very reasonable--I definitely recommend his services. Thank you, Otto!
