  I ordered 2 keys and it was supposed to give me one free, I watched them get cut but it only gave me 1 key 🔑. So I paid for 2 was supposed to get 3 but only received one. I send a email but I received no reply. Really not sure how I feel.

  I got three keys for my apartment and not a single one fits the door lock. I am having to return today to get three new ones made somewhere else this is the first time this has happened
