  The machine was very easy to use but the key that we purchased through the machine did not fit the lock so we had to return the keys and get them cut by a Lowe’s associate

  Omg they save your key info so if you loose all your copies, you just need your email. They have a feature where’re you can save the key and access it will your email at any time.

  We got three keys for the house, two works with a little persuasions and one does not fit at all.
