Have used MinuteKEY to duplicate keys before with no issues. However, this time, none of the 5 duplicate keys work. The thickness of the dupes is just too much to fit in the cylinder. So, $17 down the drain. UPDATE: MinuteKEY refunded the cost of the keys that are unusable, so kudos (and additional stars) to them for great customer service.
