I just want to say this place is amazing, get your key made there even when he was close he was of great help… use got he text within 5-10 minute  I got a text back and a call …. Follow a few minutes later at the store he made 5 key stamp from a lock and provide me peace of mind related other fake locksmith… the gentleman has amazing principal. Great  store full of history.

If you care about your vehicle, steer clear of this locksmith. The managed to open my car, but only after completely scratching the paint off of my door frame, and scratching the tint on my window. The more you look the worse it gets. I contacted the business and they were rude and arrogant when I requested reimbursement. Would not recommend to anyone.

I recently bought a used car and only received one key. I wanted to get an extra key just in case lost or Iocked key in car. So I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman that helped me get what I needed. The Locksmith came right to my door copied the key and did the programming right at my house. It was such an easy process. I would highly recommend A1 safe and lock if you are in the need of a key or any type of service. 🙂

Ryan did a very good job installing new locks on our front door. He was on time, quick and respectful. Prior to the appointment, he was very transparent on the phone about his services and fees - none of that bait and switch you get from others.

I was locked out of my home, Ryan was very kind and helpful in my situation his price was also affordable. I’m so thankful he was able to get me in my home within minutes. Thank you Ryan!

Fantastic experience.  Called them on a Saturday to get an interior door open that was locked by accident from the other side that we didn’t have a key for.  They were here within an hour, got the door open, and replaced the door hardware at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

Wanted to charge me $80 to copy my vehicle key said could not do it at that time would have to leave my only key there. Asked if I was going to have it programed there I said no. And it still would be $80 to cut the key. I got a quotes from other places half that price. Very unprofessional.

Very helpfull even if they not making any money, im the guy withe the bad fob for Jeep Cherokee. G d bless yall.

BEWARE !!!!! Used this place before BUT had to delete the review because of the service I received this time. My kids mother broke her key in the ignition and we used them to rectify the problem. Paid the guy before he came just for him to try and take my kids mother out. Kept texting to the point she brought to my attention that she was creeped out. He took a spare key that we were unable to retrieve. Seemed like his whole objective was getting her back to his shop to fix her car. Sad that a woman in this day must go thru this just trying to het her car fixed. BEWARE

Didn't you come into our shop and treating a older lady that if you didn't receive money back that you would go on Google and make dishonest statements about us ...

I have used a1 in the past,   never any issues.  I had an emergency on a Saturday, he said he would send someone out on Monday, which was not a problem.  But, no one came out on Monday, he called me to apologize, and said someone would be there on Tuesday, a contractor ,not someone from a1 came out  on Tuesday and because of the vehicles age he could not figure out the lock.  I then got an excuse of how he is back logged for three weeks and could not get to it.   If he was honest on Saturday when I called, and told me he had a back log of three weeks,and told m he could not get to it,  there would be no bad review.  I called a place in Toms river and he came out took care of my problem in three hours.
