  I have a good experience with this. The only thing I didn't like (but that's because I didn't see it), was: It wasn't obvious to me how to pick different graphic styles or colors of keys. I went through the selection process of how many keys but I really didn't want brass colored keys. Nonetheless they work fine and the process was pretty simple. Also it was satisfying in these times of worker shortages, having to NOT find an associate to help me, was a plus.

  Had 3 copies made, 2 vanity keys and a standard cut. One of the vanity cut bent within 48 hours. I don't believe that the key was damaged through an unreasonable action. Suggests so keys might have defects hiding under the vanity paint.
