  I ordered my Browning safe earlier this year and I was told right up front about shortages in materials to build the safe as well as the shortages in labor to build the safes. I was in no rush but I was hoping it wasn't going to be too long anyway. Either way, I understand this is totally out of A&B's hands! I got the call last week that my safe was one of a large delivery that they received and that the office would be in touch once they put a delivery plan together. I received a call in the next seven days and today was selected as the delivery date. Their employee (Caleb) was one of the most enjoyable people I've dealt with in a while. He really knows his craft and he communicates very well too!. He FUSSED with getting the safe in perfect position, not only level but even along the wall! He checked to ensure the door didn't swing open/closed when it was left open. Over the course of the delivery Caleb asked me three times to make sure the safe was in the position I wanted it in and if I was happy. On the third time, he made me aware that this was my "final-answer" time and although I knew exactly where I wanted it, I appreciated him confirming with me. He has a great sense of humor, reviewed the ENTIRE operation of the safe including how to change the code, register for warranty and even the operation of some options that I purchased along with the safe. If you need any work on safes or if you are interested in purchasing a new or used safe - I can tell you that A&B should be at the top of your list!

  Very knowledgeable and friendly Staff. Answered all my questions with no problem. Good selection of Safes in stock. They will do Special Orders. Also there is financing or a layaway program. They sell all types of Safes,safe Accessories, locks and Keys and Key Making. They sell replacement parts for safes. Also have the equipment to move heavy safes. Free Street Parking The building could use some updating.

  Needed new door locks keyed to match our house keys. 15 minutes and done. Friendly and quick. Couldn't have been better.
