  This was my first time using Minute Key--I will be looking to use it again. I found the device easy to use, with large images and not-too-much information. I tested all of the keys made--13 for two different doors--and the worked perfectly.

  Simple, quick, accurate - works fine ! Great value, convenient. No need to wait for an store employee for their manual machine ( I waited 10 minutes to no avail when another customer directed me to the Minute Key machine). Thanks, will definitely use next time I need key copies.

  I purchased a set of back-up keys, none of which worked. When I went back to Lowe's, they said they couldn't help, in spite of the fact that their logo was featured prominently on the display of the machine. They told us to call customer service, but there was no answer.
