  Lost the keys to my car when on a trip with my family. Called Pop-A-Lock and Levi came out, he was patient, efficient and very kind. Stayed to make sure everything was correct. Levi was awesome! Thanks Pop-A-Lock!

  I’m sure my story is not unique. I locked my darn keys in the trunk, even though the car is supposed to recognize that the keys are in the car and therefore not lock. I think because my keys were in my fanny pack, maybe the signal from the keys didn’t reach the car? In any case, the darn car wouldn’t open. So, I found Pop a Lock on Google and I called them up. This was at 8:30 at night by the way, and they were still open! A very nice lady answered the phone and took my information. I gave her my information, and she told me they would send someone out who could be there in 20 minutes. Yea, right. They say 20 minutes but doesn’t that really mean like 2 hours. Not with Pop a Lock! The technician called me about 15 minutes later and said he’d be right there. It was awesome. Levi, my expert technician, arrived in the van, and in about 5 minutes had the car unlocked. He was extremely patient, he was polite, he was professional, he did his job with a smile. I cannot recommend Pop a Lock enough. If I ever have to get my car or anything unlocked again, I will be calling Pop a Lock and requesting Levi! Afterwards, I paid via credit card and and Levi sent a receipt to my phone. The entire interaction was actually pleasant. No one likes being locked out of their car, but Levi made the experience as enjoyable as possible. World class.

  I am really Impressed with the service I received from Forrest. He was able to come out to my house the same day and replace my doorknob and put in a deadbolt. He went to Lowes and got the one that I wanted and installed it. It looks GREAT! It did not take long to do either. I think he went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer and I am. I highly recommend this company and Forrest. 😃
