We had recently purchased a house in Black Mountain and need rekeying services.  Nelson was on time, really friendly and quick.  He even took time to help us get a stuck key loose from the utility closet. Overall, great experience and we would happily use A. L. Odom again.

I just had four locks replaced at my home with key code locks. Everyone I interacted with from Odum was knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that, they did a great job! Highly recommend.

We locked ourselves out of our home. Called A.L. Odom Locksmiths.  Very personable on the phone.  He had someone out to us within 15 minutes.  They were able to open the door quickly, so we could get on with our errands in no time.  Highly recommended

We had a large gun safe and a very tight schedule for the sale of our house .

I called Gene at A.L. Odom and told him it was going to be a difficult removal and an even more difficult re-install at our new house about 150 miles away.

Gene came to the house and also looked at a video of the new house and said they could do it, and on short notice, they got it done.

They were extremely careful, professional and great to work with.  Gene even texted me later to see if my wife was happy with the job.  She was very pleased.

My car key broke while I was on vacation in Asheville.  I was told that the locksmith was on a job and wouldn't be back for about four hours.  Fortunately,  he called in and was willing to change his plans and come back to the shop immediately.   He was very knowledgeable and professional and not only cut me a new key but also cut me a spare door key -- all for a very reasonable price.  Thanks for making my vacation much better!

Best place for and lock or key needs or problems.  I've have lots of keys cut here without having the lock to try them in on site.  I've never had one key that didn't work.  Including my chipped ignition key for my truck.  I highly recommend these experts for any of your locksmith needs.

Excellent response time. We had a bank front door lock that was broken and staff could not get in to open the bank. Odom reacted to the emergency and got the branch door open. While I was working to get Odom to the site immediately I offered them double time pay to make the bank a priority project. Their response was that is not how we work we will go there immediately but we will not except extra money for the emergency call. Great company, great ethics. Well done.
