  Got 3 different keys. All copied from the same key. 1 fit in the lock fine. The other was tight and needs to be jiggled. The last one is so off and they key feels so light I’m scared it’s going to snap in the lock.

  I got 2-3 copies over three keys. Only the 'spiderman' copy works. All others (brass keys) did not work. I entered a refund request via their website, but got no confirmation of receipt.

  Im in Lowes to have a key made and even though my key was a hillman key there hillman machine wont recognize the key so they could make it for me. However this keyoisk machine did. At almoet double the price. Not a happy camper here.
