  How often do you get to leave a good review for something like a locksmith? I’ve now used Smiley twice: once when I (very stupidly) locked myself out of my house, and once when a lock broke at my business. I was so impressed with the service at the house that I specifically called them for the urgent work at my store. Friendly, efficient, and quick to arrive. I don’t hope to have to use a locksmith often, but Smiley makes it easier when I have to. I would recommend them every time.

  I called in the morning spoke with Douglas who quoted me a great price to replace my broken car keys. When I got there the price was real they took great care of me got me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them. I found myself my new locksmith. thank you

  Update to review, in consideration of the owner's response - Based on the response of the owner, it is very clear that this is not a customer-centered business that deserves the continued business of my association. I hope that someone will read my review and their response and choose another vendor. Perhaps, the business is under new ownership or new leadership and do not deserve your business based on the OLD, no longer accurate reviews. -- I contacted this company on behalf of my community association after having used their services a few times in the past. Turns out the lock only needed WD-40, I was charged $100 - an absolute rip off. The representative that I spoke to was very nasty, very matter of fact and did not care to maintain the relationship with the association. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

  Brittney . you where changed our service call witch is $85 that includes first 15 minutes of labor and if you had service with us before you should know because we haven't changed our prices in last 8 years
