  Standard house key. Should have been simple. Kwikset brand. Most common. Key they cut was not kwikset type. Didn't work in lock. Attempted to email them back. Got no response, then got this survey. Waste of $4.

  Got keys cut for our entry doors; didn't work. Got them cut at a local hardware with greater success. Sometimes working with a local handyman is a plus.
