GREAT place.  Went in to ask some advice and came out as a friend.  They cut some keys for me and explained the specifics of a lock I needed to open.  I had a key made there on my second visit that turned out to be a mistake.  They fixed the error and promised to continue to work on the lock until they got in right for the initial amount I paid.  I will continue to use them for any lock issues I have.  A GREAT place to do business with

I had such a wonderful experience with this company.  I called to have my new home re-keyed and spoke to Rom, who was also the locksmith who came to my home.  He came the same day.  He was quick, honest, clean, and the prices were fair.  He re-keyed 4 locks, fixed a lock, and made spare keys. He was literally one of the nicest guys I have ever met.  I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

I somehow lost BOTH my keys and fobs to my vechile. After getting multiple sky high quotes a friend recommended I call ARC locksmith service. Not only was the customer service outstanding but Tony went out of his way to make sure I got my keys in a timely manner. There is nothing like supporting a small business but it’s especially amazing when you deal with good people. The employees here are also especially friendly and helpful as well. I talked to Tony about getting a spare key for my Toyota Sienna and he responded quickly with a fair price.  I set a time that worked for me and he met me at his shop on an early Sunday morning with a smile.  Fantastic quick service at a good price.  I would highly recommend ARC and Tony to anyone.

Excellent service, assisted me with hardware issues (not related to the lock).  Helped me get  into the trunk of my vehicle just an hour before closing. Could have easily sent me on my way but went out his way to assist.   When everything was all said and done I wasn’t even charged.  Great people there!!

Hey Brian,  If I remember correctly, you had a key but the trunk was jammed up.  We ended up taking the back seat out.  I haven't had to do that in years. LOL.  Thank you for the great feedback.  Come by the shop anytime.

Fantastic service!!! Keys got stolen last night and called ARC and told us he’d be out same day. Tony showed up right on time and made a brand new key for my car in literally 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
