  During our visit to Lowe's, the house key-making machine was out-of-order. Therefore, we were referred to the Minute Key "green box". We were completely unfamiliar with this machine, but a Lowe's associate named Orlando helped up through the entire process, which helped greatly. Now we know how to use this service, and would consider it for future needs.

  Work was good quality, Was easy to navigate with help with associate seeing how it was our first time using key machine. For preteen who has money to burn it was ok with them, because it gave them a variety of designs to choose from, overall they were satisfied with the cost and product.
