  I had a key cover on which prevented the machine from scanning my key. I removed it. Bought 2 and received the 3 free. The keys unlock the door however you have to jiggle it and turn the key really hard. I compared it to my original and it’s slightly cut shorter on the first tooth. I’ll have to call the company and see what they can do. Other than that I like the app and digital copy of my key. I also like the automotive key copy option. The machine is quick and easy to use and pay for your order. My machine was inside a Lowes.

  Got two keys cut. Expensive keys, the ones with the pictures on them for my kids. Guarantee accuracy? One sort of worked with a little jiggling. The other didn’t even come close to working. $12 on two keys and I get non or barely functional keys. Tried contacting them for a refund. No luck so far. I suggest just going to an associate. This machines does not work well.

  Machine cut the key, key didn't work in the lock. Tried to get my 4.00 cash refund from Lowes Home Improvement but they would only give me a store credit on a gift card. Would not recommend this service and shame on Lowes for not allowing a cash refund for a product that would not work.
