It was convenient and for the most part great but the specialty design keys would not work but they did refund me for it so all was good just wish those keys worked

I had 2 keys made for my home and neither one of them worked. I messaged them for a refund and they never responded. An extremely waste of money and definitely NOT guaranteed!!!

These are kiosks owned by Hillman Group.  Very savvy marketing but they are anything but a locksmith.  I had client actually take one of my keys and made 3 copies at Walmart using their kiosk.  None of them worked.  Please market yourselves as what you are, A self service key kiosk. The locksmith services are outsourced.  It really irritates me when national brands deceive customers and take work away from real local tradespeople.

the key doesn't fit correctly . You have to back the key out a little to unlock the door .

I was pleasantly surprised at how well my key was copied.  The bonus key was also a nice surprise.  I will recommend Minute Key and use it again.
