I called to see if they could make a key for my car and he was very rude and told me that I should push my car out into the water way because he didn't like crossfire's ! I did not call him for his opinion of my car I called about a key! Go there if you like,but there are other locksmith's who are not so rude and keep their opinions to themselves!!!

Great Experience!
I brought a defective Honda ignition switch cylinder to be repaired, they replaced the broken wafers which allowed me to use my existing key and saved me $300.00.

Absolutely loved the service and the price to come out to Riegelwood from Wilmington to program a keyfob for my car was unbeatable!!! Need a keyfob programmed, this is the place to call. Definitely, highly recommend! Eric was promt and polite. Thank you!

These guys do good work. Replaced a broken key for me

I was first greeted with short, curt (simply rude) behavior. And that was from the owner. I tolerated it to accomplish my task and while waiting, he brought a small tin box from the back that belonged to an elderly gentleman. He was requesting a key to be made for this yard sale trinket. It had a few coins inside & je was curious to see the contents. When the owner brought the box back with 1 key, the man inquired about another copy. The owners response was exactly this, 'I made two because I ALWAYS MAKE A DUPLICATE OF EVERY LOCK.' I can make you another one but I keep a master copy. I don't know about you other patrons but that was enough to make me turn around and walk out the door. The last thing I need is a spare key of my safe floating around out there. If you're OK with that, keep going but as for me, I'll never cross their threshold again. Bad attitude, keeping extra copies ( don't ask & he won't tell you).No thank you!

My husband and I had a great experience. I called last minute yesterday afternoon needing help getting into our gun safe before Friday and they were booked up but were willing to fit us in. Carl helped us get into the safe without breaking it by helping us figure out the actual code. The code from the manufacturer was incorrect all along.

This guy was great..... He hooked me right up no BS about anything extra,was on time. Was very friendly I WILL REFERRING TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS KEY.. He was on point with everything... Great job 👌👍👍😊🔐🔑🚗🙌🤗

Quick and affordable keys made. Easy to find

I wish I could leave a negative review about A1. They should be called Number2. The person that came out to Salty Hammocks in Carolina Beach to replace the lock was very rude and inconsiderate. Hopefully they will go out of business soon.

Don’t do business with them. But don’t go by what I say, look at the other (negative) reviews as well.
